Peer Groups cultivate sustainable engagement among leaders and group
members by establishing networks within CommunitySolv. The objective is to
enhance peer group members with expertise through purposeful meetings
and discussions, identifying opportunities, and developing actionable solutions.
Peer Group leaders and members commit to six months of monthly
meetings with rich discussions by which the member can build a peer
network, leverage knowledge and experience for practical business and
personal outcomes. Topics are based on strengths and curiosities within the
leader-facilitated group.

• THE WHO AND THE HOW OF SPRINTING
  Peer Groups are for all members whether, new, tenured, and somewhere in
  between. The groups consist of a leader and six members.
  Leaders facilitate detailed organizational aspects, and representation of
  the Peer Group. Most important the leader facilitates discussion amongst
  the peer group. They encourage and foster group discussions through
  predetermined subjects and goals/objectives.
  Member’s set the goals and objectives of their peer group, but most
  importantly to commit to their participation in the conversations in a way
  that adds to the discussion in a productive way
